Professional Education Workshop Series

Early in our history we were a direct provider of hospice care. Although we no longer serve at the bedside, we remain committed to ensuring that patients and families are well supported as they actively navigate end-of-life. Each year, we partner with Hospice Foundation of America and local professionals to offer a series of education workshops to enhance the knowledge and skills of health care professionals, family caregivers, social workers, faith leaders, and other community gatekeepers and care providers.

Please review below and register for our current workshop offerings. To receive invitations to each of our workshops in your inbox, please subscribe to our newsletter.
