Bridges for End-of-Life focuses specifically on grief support for children to assist with finding positive coping skills and integrating them into their lives.
Stepping Stones – A year-long comprehensive grief program that empowers children, youth, and their families to heal, grow, and thrive after the death of a loved one.
Shannon’s Hope Grief Camp – Campers are empowered to learn about death and grief, craft their unique story, bond with fellow peers that get it, develop healthy coping skills, and have fun!
Sand Dollar Club – The Sand Dollar Club is an in-school grief support group for elementary and middle school students in the Charleston County area. Bridges’ facilitators work with our school partners to provide a 12-week grief program.
Community Candlelight Memorial Service – Join us, along with family and friends, to celebrate the memory of your loved ones wherever you find yourself in the grieving process; whenever the loss may have taken place through the years.
